All photographs remain the copyright property of the photographer, unless specifically stated in writing, and are licenced to the specific, named client only.
Digital files are licensed to the original purchaser only, for non-commercial use. They may not be passed, given, lent, hired or sold to any third party without the express, written permission of the photographer. Any prints or reproductions made from the original file are also subject to the same instructions.
