I now have a new website dedicated to my real estate photography – realestatephotos.nz. Check it out for more information and examples!

I provide a comprehensive and fabulous value Real Estate Photography service for your real estate selling needs. I have now photographed nearly 500 houses in the local area and beyond. As every successful real estate agent will testify, top quality photographs can make all the difference to selling your property. I work with you (and your clients) to supply the best possible images to show your home off to its best potential. When you need the best quality photography, I can offer multiple images of your property for you to chose from with no hidden fees for extra time and / or photographs. I supply as many photographs as it takes to illustrate you property. My aim is to please and offer the very best value for money.

Ask your real estate agent about the photography they recommend. Some insist you use a provider that charges $3-400 and that cost is passed directly on to their clients, sometimes with an added admin charge. Additionally, you may not have access to those photographs even when you have paid for them. The alternative is to use an independent photographer (like me!) and then you can allow the agent to use them on your behalf.

I use the very best photographic equipment to ensure the highest quality and nobody in Nelson works harder to deliver the results. My turnaround time is also second to none. In fact, if I don’t get the finished photographs to you within 24 hours of leaving the property, you will receive the photographs but not an invoice!

You can see some examples of my recent real estate photography shoots here.

To keep things simple, I charge a flat-rate fee of $125.00 (+gst) for properties within 15km of Nelson town centre (beyond that a minimal mileage rate applies) which includes the photographs delivered digitally within 24 hours. Aerial photography is also available at a very modest cost. Get in touch to give me a try and I guarantee that you will not be disappointed!
