Visitor to the Boulder Bank

The Boulder Bank, Nelson

This is one of my favourite shots that I’ve taken since I’ve been in Nelson. It doesn’t have the usual colour of many of my photographs but I love the balance between the colour of the seaweed and the subtle hint in the sky. The weather, in fact, was decidedly dodgy and I nearly didn’t go out. Just goes to show that there is beauty in nature whatever the weather.
